What you will do
- Own functional, API and performance testing for business systems to safeguard product quality
- Write and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks with AI assistance to raise efficiency and coverage
- Build test automation, stability and risk-control capabilities for our AI products, shifting quality earlier in the process
- Follow up on production issues, locate root causes quickly and drive fixes
What we look for
- Solid grasp of software testing theory and methods, with functional, API and performance testing experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.), able to write test scripts or tools on your own
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as pytest, Playwright or Selenium, plus load testing and CI/CD tools
- Good Linux fundamentals and working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
- Strong ownership, clear logic, good communication and problem analysis, and able to drive cross-team fixes
Nice to have
- Testing experience on large distributed systems or AI, blockchain or finance projects
- Interest in process standards and automation, with experience using AI to speed up testing
- Experience building test platforms or automation frameworks
