Frontend Engineer

What you will do

• ▹Design, build, optimize and maintain the frontend of our core AI products, business systems and internal admin platforms
• ▹Work across the full project lifecycle: requirements review, interaction review, technical design, integration, testing, release and production troubleshooting
• ▹Work with product, design, backend, AI and data teams to turn complex requirements into stable, usable, maintainable experiences
• ▹Contribute to frontend engineering, including component libraries, permissions, routing architecture, state management, API conventions and build optimization
• ▹Keep improving page performance, interactions, load speed and error monitoring
• ▹Contribute to development and optimization of the Flutter mobile app

What we look for

• ▹Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, with an understanding of how browsers work, async programming, modules, networking and performance
• ▹Proficiency with React or Vue, able to deliver medium to large features on your own
• ▹Solid HTML, CSS and responsive layout, accurate implementation of designs, a good eye, and attention to interaction detail
• ▹Understanding of common frontend architecture concerns: component boundaries, state management, API wrappers, access control, error handling and caching
• ▹Familiarity with tooling such as Vite, npm/pnpm, ESLint, Prettier, husky and Git
• ▹Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, SSE, authentication, pagination and error codes, and able to work closely with backend engineers
• ▹Able to diagnose production issues from console errors, API logs and monitoring data
• ▹You use AI tools to code, debug and track down issues faster

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI products, SaaS, data platforms, low-code platforms or complex admin systems
• ▹Experience with component libraries, design systems, micro-frontends, performance work or frontend monitoring
• ▹Experience with Flutter/React Native, Next.js, Tauri, mobile H5 or cross-platform development
• ▹Full-stack experience in any language, able to deliver a simple feature end to end
• ▹You have owned a complete frontend module or small project from zero to one, balancing speed, quality and maintainability
• ▹You care about product experience and proactively spot and fix problems from the user’s point of view
